• Project Cost Management: Collaborate with Technical Directors to collect work breakdown structure data for cost baseline construction.

C. Internal Controls & Process Improvement

• Process Flow & Methodology Design: Develop process flow diagrams and methodologies to strengthen internal controls and conduct efficient audits.
• Audit Framework & Process Development: Collaborate with PMO, SCM, Commercial, and Contracts teams to develop audit frameworks and processes for various functions.

D. Financial Compliance & Reporting

• IFRS & ICFR Compliance: Champion strong financial compliance by ensuring adherence to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR) principles.
• Semi-Annual Control Assessment (SACA) Reporting: Lead the Saudi EBG team for SACA reporting, encompassing internal controls for processes, financial reporting (ICFR), and management mechanisms.
